Classes Info

CrossFit classes last any where between 45 minutes to an hour.

Classes includes:

  • Warm Up
  • Mobility
  • Test
  • Skill
  • WOD
  • Cool Down

Current classes schedules / start times are:

Mornings:

  • 5:00am (Available for Private only)
  • 6:00am
  • 7:00pm
  • 8:30am

Afternoons / Evenings:

  • 5:00pm
  • 6:00pm
  • 7:00pm
  • 8:00pm (Private only)

Saturdays: 

  • 8:00am (Please contact before)

Note: 

Participant space is limited so please make sure you reserve your spot.
